We are Fluid DesignWorx, a newly formed boutique interior design studio based in Auckland and Hong Kong. Our award winning duo of partners, Leigh Pryde and Karoline Rakowska, have over 50 years of collective experience in luxury interior design across APAC.

As global nomads who began our careers in Architecture and Fashion, we bring diverse experiences and inputs to design briefs. We have the ability to fluidly shift our style, whether a serene spa or an edgy restaurant, yet always create timeless design concepts which weave a clear design essence through each environment we create.. 

For us, concept and detail are key. We are committed to sophisticated and contemporary design which tells a story - design that balances energy within a space, brings a strong sense of place and which viscerally connects within its environment.

Focussing on luxury interior design for hotels, spas, residences, entertainment, workspaces and speciality retail, we bring our design ethos to each and every project. We also have a deep understanding of the operational considerations required of hospitality interior design, and are experienced in navigating design delivery with complex stakeholder set ups.
